Sloan High-Efficiency Toilets and Urinals Package Water-Saving Flushometers with Vitreous China Fixtures | Jun 23, 2008 |
Sloan Valve Company introduced a new series of High-Efficiency Urinals (HEU) that utilize only a pint (0.125 gallon) of water to flush and High-Efficiency Toilets (HET) that flush at an average of 1.28 gpf. The new Sloan HEU and HET systems combine the vitreous china fixture with either a manual or sensor-operated Flushometer.
The HEUs and HETs, part of Sloans next generation of water-efficient plumbing products, contribute to LEED® Credits 3.1 and 3.2 for water use reduction.
Choose from either a manual Royal® Flushometer or from several battery-powered and hardwired sensor-operated models for automatic, hands-free flushing.
Flushometer choices for the HETs include dual-flush models, such as the manual UPPERCUT Flushometer and the Sloan ECOS, the industry's first electronic dual-flush Flushometer. Solar-powered single- and dual-flush Flushometers are also available.
Choose from several electronic and manual Flushometers to go with Sloan Valve's High-Efficiency Urinals and High-Efficiency Toilets, including this hardwired HEU model.
