East Teak now offers these one-of-a-kind reclaimed Indian rosewood columns to provide architects, builders and designers with more eco-friendly or "green" solutions. Each individual column has its own distinctive character and distinguishing markings and/or carvings on them. Ranging from five to eight feet tall, these columns are all recovered by hand, individually pulled and salvaged from existing structures, thereby avoiding the need to fell living trees. Each column brings the unique characteristics of decades of aging, which results in a very distinctive and durable product.
